1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 657jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," or "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 657jl online gaming platform in any capacity.

Access to and use of the 657jl platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, including all policies incorporated by reference herein, such as the 657jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These policies form an integral part of this Agreement.

657jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 657jl platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2.Eligibility

To open and maintain a 657jl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 657jl strictly enforces this age restriction and does not permit access to its real-money gaming services by individuals under 21.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from 657jl or had your account closed for violation of these Terms.

3.Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 657jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a 657jl account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, without limitation:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Philippine mobile number.
• Your current residential address in the Philippines.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. 657jl reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

657jl will verify your identity through its KYC process before any withdrawal is approved. You agree to cooperate fully with this process and to provide any documents requested, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 657jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 657jl account.
• You must notify 657jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 657jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

657jl employs industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, OTP-based two-factor authentication, and continuous fraud monitoring. Notwithstanding these measures, 657jl does not guarantee absolute security and you accept the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

657jl supports a range of Philippine payment channels for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Availability of specific channels may change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount on 657jl is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment channel used and your account verification status.
• 657jl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Deposits are credited to your 657jl account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment network.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified 657jl account.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to review. 657jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification before releasing funds.
• 657jl targets same-day processing for verified GCash withdrawals during normal business operations. Processing times for other channels may vary.
• 657jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected policy violation or fraudulent activity.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

657jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time each promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all 657jl bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.
• 657jl reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• 657jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 657jl platform are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

• All 657jl casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by any prior result or by the size of a player's wager.
• 657jl is not responsible for any errors in gameplay caused by interruptions to your internet connection. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome determined by the game server at the time the connection was lost.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the 657jl system cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• 657jl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error has occurred. In such cases, all stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• For sports betting, all wagers are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 657jl platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances without prior notice:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the 657jl platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.

9.Responsible Gaming

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 657jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 657jl content without express written permission from 657jl.
• Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 657jl, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 657jl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 657jl's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the 657jl platform.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by your network connectivity issues.

657jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 657jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.Privacy
